Ask for Help. ... It is OK to ask for help. Go with your friends for a Walk and Talk, See Therapist, 

Unplug from Your Gadgets and Avoid Numbing Out. ... Eliminate the Distractions for a few. 

Do Something that Nourishes You. ... Do something that makes you happy. Be it arts/crafts, playing card games, laughing with friends and family

Embrace a Slight Shift Toward Positivity. ... It may feel strange and scary at first but you'll appreciate it later.

Ask Yourself What Bravery and Positive Action Would Look Like in This Situation... It helps change your perspective on things
